What to Expect

Before You Attend is a practical look at what you can expect to happen at Northcliffe on your first visit with us.  We hope that this "inside look" into Northcliffe will help you feel comfortable and at ease as you make your visit with us.

As a visitor you are invited to park in the front parking lot in the visitors only parking spaces. These spaces are reserved for you to have a quick and easy access to parking and to our church facilities.

As you enter the doors to our Worship Center, you will be greeted by some friendly people we call "greeters".  Our greeters are there to serve you in any way possible.  They will offer you a worship program which will include information about our weekly programs and activities.

You will notice that everyone is dressed comfortably, in anything from traditional church clothes like suits and sports coats, to office casual to jeans and sneakers.  At Northcliffe -- its what's on the inside that matters most!

During our worship service we usually have a time of shaking hands and welcoming one another.  This is a time where friends and family shake hands, hug, and simply greet those sitting around them.

The message will be shared by our Senior Pastor, Jerry Waugh.  Pastor Jerry's messages are Bible-based, practical, and can be applied to life's everyday needs and problems (he also has a good sense of humor).  He also provides an outline of the message in the worship program in case you want to revisit a part of the message later or discuss a part of the message with your family at home.

We have a time of giving to God near the end of our worship service.  As a guest, we invite you to simply place the visitor's card in the offering plate during this time.  We don't expect you to give any money during this time.
